Kirkland DV / Assault Reduced

With the prosecutor’s permission, Evergreen Criminal Defense was able to obtain a copy of the victim’s statement and get the charge reduced from Assault 4 DV to Disorderly Conduct with no DV label. His client completed 1 day of alcohol & drug information school and 2 days of Anger Management. All No-Contact Orders (NCO) were lifted and the case was closed only 6 months from sentencing.
